Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESS
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. We will do our best to ship the same day for orders placed under the following conditions. If you need something urgent, please CONTACT US so we can expedite your order at hola@thecuernos.com
Orders placed before 12 noon Central Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day.
Orders received after 12:00 noon Central Time may be processed the same day, but will ship the next business day.
Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
In the event that there is a delay in your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING METHODS
All orders within the United States are shipped via UPS using the following shipping options.
UPS Ground (1-5 business days from ship date depending on your location)
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days from the date of shipment) UPS Next Day Air (1 business day from date of shipment)
If an order is shipped to an address at a P.O. Box, the order will be shipped via USPS through the following options.
Priority Mail (1-3 business days from ship date)
Priority Mail Express (next business day)
SHIPPING COSTS
All other orders are charged at standard UPS rates. For a cost estimate, enter your shipping information on the shopping cart page.

Please note the following information regarding shipping times and costs.
UPS cannot ship to P.O. Box, If you require USPS shipping, please contact us.
All shipments over $500 in value will be shipped with a signature required for delivery confirmation. Please contact us if you wish to remove the signature requirement option from your shipment and accept the risk.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Yes, we ship internationally.
We often re-quote the shipping cost using USPS as it can be cheaper. If this is the case, we will charge you the lower price when we process your order.
Due to CITES regulations, we are unable to ship exotic skins abroad.
Customers are responsible for all customs fees and duty taxes. We make every effort to ensure that all documentation is correct.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an item ships, we are turning the responsibility over to UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We are quite confident that if you provide them with an exact address, they will be able to deliver the product to you. If you have not received an item that has been marked as delivered, we are more than happy to help you track it, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Here are some of the common solutions we've used to help people find lost packages: Check with a neighbor or someone in the house/apartment complex who might have received the package
Check with the post office if the package went through USPS· Check tracking for delivery notes
Checking the address you entered in the original order to make sure it is correct
We will do our best to work with you and file a claim on your behalf. This is a long process, however, and we cannot guarantee the result. It is for this reason that we are not responsible for a lost or stolen package if the following requirements are met:
We ship the package to the address you provided
We have tracking information showing that the package has been delivered.
We have worked with you and our mail service extensively, including on the issue of a Federal Claim, and have concluded that the package arrived at the address you provided, and we no longer had control of the package.
