 CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Cuernos will accept your returns for change only in size or credit within 10 days of purchase.  Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unused).

 The merchandise can be changed by size, only if they are not used, stained or marked, that is to say that the garments are in a new condition.

 Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the shipping costs that you incur in the purchase of an item in Cuernos, for any change you must return the item to the facilities 2695 villa creek dr Dallas, Tx 75234 suite 235 and with the return label.

 How to send your return or exchange

CUERNOS strongly recommends that you use UPS for all return shipments so that you can take advantage of their shipment tracking system.  We cannot assist you with lost return shipments unless a tracking number has been assigned to the shipment.

Be sure to include a copy of the order confirmation that was emailed to you, or a printed copy of your order inside the package.

 If you are exchanging an item and a credit is required, your card will be credited for that purchase.  A new order will then be placed for your new item.  You will see a new authorization for this new order.

 If you are going to receive credit on your credit card, please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  If there is an additional amount due, your credit card will be charged for any replacement merchandise when shipped.
